Growing up, I watched my father build a painting company of the same name in Glens Falls, New York on the premise of not being the biggest, but the best. I started working summers for my dad when I was ten, and with each summer off from school, I learned the trade from the bottom up with an emphasis on top quality.
20 years later, I'm here in Crested Butte with my own painting outfit. I work hard to uphold the values that have been instilled in me from home, and thus conduct my business with a focus on smart-growth, environmentally-sound practices, hiring great people, buying locally and delivering the finest product available. This trade offers me a connection to home and my family, and my stake in it goes far beyond earning a paycheck—I am upholding a family tradition.
